Shipping Policy
Orders for in-stock items placed by 4PM EST (Monday to Friday) should ship on the same day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been received.
You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.
Items are shipped from one (or both) of our warehouses which are located in NJ and FL.
Shipping Options
Backwater Warehouse is please to offer multiple shipping options based on your needs. The available shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In addition to traditional shipping, there are also flat-rate shipping options available for most of our items, depending upon the size and weight of the item(s).

International Shipping
We regret that international shipping is not available at this time. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after order placement, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a 15% restocking fee.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@backwaterwarehouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
